North Idaho Manufacturing Consortium

Provided program and evaluation design and relationship facilitation among the Department of Commerce, the Department of Education, the College and the Manufacturing Consortium to create customized vocational training programs imbedded with Lean Manufacturing practices. The training programs were designed in collaboration with local businesses to generate trained graduates work-ready for manufacturing needs. Participated in the Idaho Governor’s Roundtable for Workforce Development in economic development advisory.
