CAPACITY BUILDING, COMMUNICATIONS & LEARNING: THE COMMITTEE FOR SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT
Worked closely with President Daniele Giovanuucci to develop organizational capacity, communications and learning and innovation programs related to agricultural sustainability including:
- A multi-year scaling strategy integrating programs, partnerships and funding strategy; strategic documents designed to guide organizational development including a theory of change model. Assessed the landscape of competitor organizations to strategize a competitive edge and funding plan.
- A webinar series designed and deployed in collaboration with diverse partners to reach new audience segments such as the Specialty Coffee Association, the Innovation Forum, and Connexus; message COSA’s value through the webinar subject matter selections; craft a multi-media approach to market COSA and disseminate learnings to new global audiences; contributed to communication approaches and messaging for a new website upgraded for fundraising.
- Message articulation and segmentation for fundraising and funder outreach; new funders attracted through a triangulation communications strategy; Walmart, Tableau, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
